Self-paced Coaching
Self-betterment on your timeline
Let’s face it. You may not have the time to meet with a coach.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t make time for coaching.
No time? No problem.
Get your life on track – when you have the time.
Self-paced programs are course units designed to deliver targeted content on a particular topic in a short amount of time. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to move through the information at your own pace–all within my secure client portal so that my resources are right at your fingertips!
What to Expect
Plan for 3 weeks of work
Each program is broken up into 12 units, and most clients complete all units in about 3 weeks. Don’t worry, though. You have 60 days to complete each program if you need it!
Wait. What’s a “unit”?
A unit might be a worksheet, an article or essay to read, a video to watch, an action item – things like that. You can complete the items as you have time. Most clients do one item a day (or one every few days), when they can make time, but you can also complete a handful of units on days when you can make the time!
All with a personal touch
Just because it’s self-paced and online doesn’t mean you won’t be hearing from me. As you complete your units, I’ll be reviewing them and offering pointers and suggestions when it’s appropriate.

How “Should” Keeps You Overwhelmed (and what to do about it)
The problem with shoulds is that they impose restrictive rules and disappointment on ourselves. We imply that something is inherently wrong with ourselves, and applying that shame can lead to low self-confidence and even depression. Spiraling in should shame keeps you locked in a loop of constantly needing to prove yourself through overwork. Eventually, you find yourself struggling to maintain the look of excellence, while inside you’re struggling to hold it all together. The result is complete imbalance and feeling pulled in every direction (but peace). You end up being oppressive rather than compassionate.
Shadow Work from the Ground(hog) Up
In this imaginative event, Gertie the Groundhog will take you deep into her burrow to teach you how she handles seeing her own shadow. Like Phil, she also dives down when she sees her shadow, but she uses that time to face her fears and really do the inner work. Six more weeks of winter is the perfect time to get still and really transform. So she’s the mascot for our training (I’m just the facilitator), and she’ll help you get answers to questions like: What is shadow work? Is shadow work scary?
What can The Nutcracker teach me about Shadow Work
Seeing The Nutcracker is a holiday tradition of mine, ever since I was a little girl. I was even fortunate enough to play a few roles in childhood and adulthood (a soldier, a Ginger Child, and Spanish Chocolate), There’s something heartwarming about it all. So when I started thinking about creative ways to teach about Shadow Work, this beloved ballet immediately sprung to mind.
