Break Free from People-Pleasing and Rewrite your Story

Date: April 23, 2025                        Format: Online               Time: 12-1:30pm Central US           Price: $50 (scholarships available)

Are you tired of feeling like you have to be “the good one” to be worthy of love?

For so many of us, people-pleasing feels like survival. We say yes when we mean no. We keep the peace, avoid conflict, and put everyone else’s needs ahead of our own — hoping that if we’re good enough, selfless enough, someone will finally notice… and save us from exhaustion and overwork.

But what if no one is coming to the rescue? What if we’ve gotten them so used to being “pleased” that they’ve forgotten how to to step up?

The glass slipper was never meant to fit. It was meant to be shattered.

Shattering the Glass Slipper

On April 23, join me for “Shattering the Glass Slipper,” a transformative workshop where we’ll explore why so many of us are stuck in the role of the trapped maiden (or princess)— the sweet, self-sacrificing part of us who believes our worth comes from being liked. Together, we’ll confront the stories that keep us small and learn how to take up space without apology.

In This Workshop, You’ll Learn How To:

• Recognize how people-pleasing is holding you back.

• Understand why you fear being seen as “too much” — or “not enough.”

• Find your empowered princess — the bold, unapologetic part of you who knows what she wants.

• Rewrite your story so you stop waiting to be saved and start choosing yourself.

This isn’t about becoming hard or unfeeling — it’s about learning how to show up fully, without needing anyone else’s approval. It’s about turning inward for validation instead of waiting for permission to take up space.

You don’t need a fairy godmother.

You’ve got the power to put the magic in your own life. And part of that is learning that you don’t have to be perfect to be worthy. Simply sign up here, and you’re good to go.

Disclaimer: This group is psychoeducational (not therapy) and is rooted in evidence based coaching methods.
